At the start of the year the scaffolding came down from Temperance Hall to reveal a beautifully repaired and repainted exterior. Also revealed on the west elevation is a large mural celebrating the reimagining of the building as a community printworks, which will be called Plas Gwasg – in English, the Print Palace.

Doors Open to see inside Temperance Hall

Haverfordwest Heritage are offering another opportunity to see inside the unique Grade II listed Temperance Hall as part of Cadw’s Open Doors season this September. The building has stood vacant since 2009, but is now planned to be renovated and brought to life as a community arts venue.
